How a sale runs
A sale is not one event, it's a schedule. Each stage below has its own deadline, its own paperwork, and its own gate — nothing moves forward until the previous gate closes.
Build the sale calendar, set ring order and lot sequence, assign auctioneers and camera crews, and publish the running order to consignors and registered buyers.
Identity and tax documents, herd health and movement papers, brand ownership, credit references. Approved bidders post a deposit and receive a paddle number tied to their limit.
Publish each lot with weights, age, breed and pedigree, vaccination and test records, grading reports, appraisal notes, photos and video — versioned, with every edit logged.
Ring bids, remote bids and proxy bids land in one ordered queue. The engine applies increments, reserves, tie-breaks and clock extensions, then declares the hammer.
Multi-camera stream with lot overlays, recorded and indexed. Every lot links to the exact second it was sold, so a disputed hammer is settled by watching it back.
Invoices, commission and freight split out per party. Deposits are applied or released, the contract is signed electronically by both sides, and the payout is reconciled.
Platform
Three systems, one record. The bid engine decides the price, the broadcast proves it happened, and the trust layer moves the money.
Broadcast & audit
The stream isn't marketing. It's the evidence. Bids, weights and lot changes are written into the recording as it happens, so a buyer 900 km away sees exactly what the ring saw — and so does anyone reviewing the sale a year later.
Who uses it
Run physical rings and remote bidders on one clock, and stop reconciling paper tickets after the sale.
Pool members' cattle into graded lots, publish the catalogue, and pay out each consignor from one settlement run.
Sell registered animals, embryos and semen doses where pedigree, testing and certification travel with the lot.
Use hammer prices and grading records as verified valuation evidence for collateral and claims.
